Erika is a relentless destroyer of “analysis paralysis”. She helps Search Discovery clients understand how to utilize the never-ending amounts of data from their web analytics tools to make informed business decisions. She moves clients out of paralysis caused from excessive raw data into a mode of continuous site optimization. Having used every web analytics platform on the market, Erika knows clearly that it’s not the platform, it’s what you do with it. What matters is a business’s ability to tease out useful insights from seemingly meaningless numbers. Prior to Search Discovery, Erika has held analytics positions at Weather.com, AutoTrader.com, and Atlanta digital agencies where she worked with clients like Coca-Cola, L’Oreal and Verizon Wireless. She has a long track record and ability to influence direction and business outcomes with her analysis. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
I enjoy photography, reading, cooking and also dabble in candle-making. When not at Search Discovery, you’ll find me seeking out good ethnic food in dive restaurants on Buford Highway.
