Checkers needed a way to simplify its online ordering marketing and attribution strategy. The goal was to better differentiate multiple ways of placing orders: mobile and desktop orders, third-party fulfillment and delivery, plus native app loyalty orders, all in real-time and relayed franchisors and management across hundreds of U.S. locations.

Solution

The team’s goal was to provide deeper data insights. Further achieved this by creating a consolidated order data schema into Google Cloud Platform using BigQuery from a webhook within the Olo Order Export API.


Next, Further created a Looker Studio dashboard to visualize key trends in order fulfillment.

That allowed optimization of marketing performance and better understanding of the hard costs of third-party delivery platforms such as DoorDash and Uber Eats.
