ATLANTA - March 14th, 2022 For the second year in a row, Search Discovery, a business transformation company using data and insights to drive business impact, has been named to the Top Workplaces list by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution ranked Search Discovery 27th out of 87 Atlanta metro honorees in the Small Business category based on employee survey responses to 24 factors covering seven areas related to workplace culture. Questions cover employee engagement, company leadership, and the basics, such as pay, benefits, training, and expectations.

4,583 companies were nominated or asked to participate after metro Atlanta employees responded to print and online solicitations. These companies represent 73,135 workers in the Atlanta region, including 42,689 of whom responded.
