Search Discovery, a data transformation company, has again been named to Inc. Magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2021.

To make their selections, Inc. Magazine collected data from employee surveys on critical workplace topics including management effectiveness, fostering people, growth, perks, and benefits.
Collecting data from more than 3,000 submissions, Inc. singled out 429 honorees this year, and Search Discovery was one of only 50 companies selected this year in the Advertising & Marketing Industry. The company was distinguished among same-sized finalists and regional companies, especially for benefits scores (25% higher than the average score) and team-reported engagement (99%). Over 95% of the team felt “the senior leaders of the organization value people as their most important resource.” The top word the Search Discovery team used to describe their work environment was “collaborative.”
