It’s not a secret… Privacy Guru, Cory Underwood, joins the team!

It’s no secret, talent attracts talent! So we are pleased to welcome our new plat­form engi­neer, Cory Under­wood. Author of, Cory prolif­i­cally contributes to advance­ments and conver­sa­tions at the fore­front of the rapidly chang­ing analyt­ics land­scape. In fact, he’s regu­larly in the top three contrib­u­tors on the Measure Slack channel along with Simo Ahava and Tim Stewart. He’s well known in the analyt­ics commu­nity for helping across that channel as well as within the Test and Learn Commu­nity (TLC), the Digital Analyt­ics Asso­ci­a­tion (DAA), and LinkedIn.

Cory joins us from L.L.Bean, where he’s worked as a profes­sional devel­oper for the past 8 years. He started out in the ware­house, but quickly found his place among the devel­op­ment team, where he helped rewrite the person­al­iza­tion program. He went on to be the organization’s primary tech lead for any A/B testing, analyt­ics, person­al­iza­tion, and privacy efforts. He’s consulted inter­na­tion­ally on GDPR and CCPA discus­sions.

Cory is extremely inter­ested in the inter­sec­tion between privacy & secu­rity and analyt­ics programs. And, given his depth of research and thought lead­er­ship in both fields, he’ll be a tremen­dous addi­tion to our team. He’ll be helping clients with tag instal­la­tion, GDPR and CCPA compli­ance, audi­ence defi­n­i­tion, and Google Analyt­ics imple­men­ta­tion recom­men­da­tions, specif­i­cally consult­ing on Tealium. What’s more, he’s working collab­o­ra­tively with our other analyt­ics gurus, includ­ing Joe Suther­land, Adam Greco, Wendy Ertter, Val Kroll, John Lovett, and Kelly Wortham. Our clients and our team will benefit from working along­side Cory.
