Analytics Manager

Ken is an accom­plished customer intel­li­gence and digital analyt­ics profes­sional with a repu­ta­tion for build­ing simple and action­able measure­ment strate­gies.  He has led numer­ous imple­men­ta­tions and data quality audits, but he also has a history of empow­er­ing clients to make quick and informed busi­ness deci­sions with the best data avail­able.

Prior to joining Search Discovery, Ken led the digital analyt­ics team at the Amer­i­can Cancer Society where he built strate­gies to opti­mize the expe­ri­ence of cancer infor­ma­tion seekers, event partic­i­pants, and donors across digital chan­nels.  It was at this time that he also devel­oped a strong belief in the power of effi­ciency and report automa­tion.

After working in part­ner­ship with Search Discovery for over a year, Ken finally relented to the constant pester­ing to come join the team.  He holds a BA from Texas A&M and an MBA from the Univer­sity of Georgia.

I’m orig­i­nally from Texas, where I devel­oped an unhealthy passion for brisket and Texas A&M.  When I’m outside the office you’re most likely to find me eating some­thing spicy or spend­ing time with my family.
