Ken is an accomplished customer intelligence and digital analytics professional with a reputation for building simple and actionable measurement strategies. He has led numerous implementations and data quality audits, but he also has a history of empowering clients to make quick and informed business decisions with the best data available.
Prior to joining Search Discovery, Ken led the digital analytics team at the American Cancer Society where he built strategies to optimize the experience of cancer information seekers, event participants, and donors across digital channels. It was at this time that he also developed a strong belief in the power of efficiency and report automation.
After working in partnership with Search Discovery for over a year, Ken finally relented to the constant pestering to come join the team. He holds a BA from Texas A&M and an MBA from the University of Georgia.
I’m originally from Texas, where I developed an unhealthy passion for brisket and Texas A&M. When I’m outside the office you’re most likely to find me eating something spicy or spending time with my family.
