Digital Optimization Manager

After a number of years working client side, helping compa­nies use data to inform their plan­ning and overall strat­egy, Matt decided to make the move to agency life and focus on using data to opti­mize the digital expe­ri­ences of his client’s customers. Matt is very analyt­i­cal and has worked through program details with his clients. He also has expe­ri­ence working with client lead­er­ship teams to define prob­lems and design solu­tions that resonate with an exec­u­tive audi­ence.

Matt comes to Search Discovery with exten­sive expe­ri­ence working with clients through full life cycle analyt­ics and opti­miza­tion projects from design to imple­men­ta­tion; often incor­po­rat­ing ongoing opti­miza­tion into the engage­ment. Matt has expe­ri­ence support­ing online retail­ers special­iz­ing in consumer goods and services as well as firms with a tech­nol­ogy and soft­ware focus. Matt’s previ­ous expe­ri­ences focused on clients whose customer bases ranged from indi­vid­ual consumers through enter­prise level users and every­thing in between.

Matt’s passion for using data to inform busi­ness deci­sions started in college, but he strongly values contin­ued learn­ing in all forms to stay ahead of the curve and deliver the best solu­tions to his clients. He earned dual BS degrees from the Weath­er­head School of Manage­ment at Case Western Reserve Univer­sity in Cleve­land, OH.

About Me

Matt was born and raised in Cleve­land and loves explor­ing the new and excit­ing expe­ri­ences the city has to offer. He and his wife enjoy trav­el­ing and finding new places and are always up to trying new restau­rants, espe­cially those with a French vibe. One of his favorite weekend activ­i­ties is an after­noon visit to the dog park with his 5 year old puggle, Lola.
