Lea Pica comes with a wealth of expe­ri­ence within the analyt­ics indus­try, having spent the last thir­teen years as a digital analyt­ics prac­ti­tioner, social media marketer and blogger working for compa­nies like Scholas­tic, Razor­fish, Victoria’s Secret, and Pruden­tial.

Lea joins our team as Direc­tor of Data Visu­al­iza­tion and Story­telling to further our agency’s recent success enabling orga­ni­za­tions to make better deci­sions using data. She will play a vital role in expand­ing our offer­ings for their clients. This includes leading the launch of new train­ing solu­tion offer­ings, expand­ing and improv­ing current client offer­ings across the agency and assist­ing in growing the Domo Consult­ing busi­ness the company recently launched.
