Kyle joined Search Discovery 2 years ago after working 5 years for a Fortune 500 finan­cial services company. He works remotely based out of the San Fran­cisco Bay Area, and has over 7 years of digital market­ing expe­ri­ence. He is an expert in analyt­ics and tag manage­ment tools such as Google Analyt­ics, Tag Manager, DataS­tu­dio, Adobe Analyt­ics, Launch, and DTM. He’s imple­mented and main­tained solu­tions for network commu­ni­ca­tions, phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal, banking, real estate, food, and services indus­tries.

If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?

Invest most of it and share the rest with family, friends and char­i­ties.

 

If you could be any fictional character, who would you choose?

Iron Man. He loves tech­nol­ogy and cars, and I suppose saving the world is pretty cool too.

 

 

Where is the best place you’ve traveled to and why?

Switzer­land. Whether you visit the tourist hotspots or wander the roads less trav­eled, you’ll find amazing views to soak up.

 

What three traits define you?

Strate­gic, Prac­ti­cal, and Curious.

 

 

What is something that you recently learned?

I’ve learned about Adobe Launch and what it takes to fully migrate from DTM. Having a lot of expe­ri­ence with Google Tag Manager already, I believe it’s impor­tant for me to be knowl­edge­able and flex­i­ble with both plat­forms to support our clients.

What is an important/cool trend you see in our industry today?

Data is the world’s most expen­sive resource. Person­ally it is great to see user data privacy laws go into effect like GDPR and CCPA, but for our work it does present some new chal­lenges we’ll have to navi­gate.

 

 

What 3 words would you use to describe Search Discovery?

Knowl­edge­able, Helpful and Pioneers.

Our purpose is to help people thrive. Describe a transformation you’ve experienced in your time at SDI?

When I first joined SDI I had limited knowl­edge with Google Analyt­ics, Tag Manager, AdWords, Opti­mize and DataS­tu­dio. Now I’ve been able to expand my knowl­edge and expe­ri­ence to Adobe Analyt­ics, Launch, DTM, Target and Domo.

 

 

What’s your favorite thing about working at Search Discovery?

The support system. Knowing that I can reach out to anyone when I need help and they will take the time to help when needed!
