The Job:

As a member of our Client Perfor­mance (CP) depart­ment (a brain bank of analyt­ics, usabil­ity, infor­ma­tion archi­tec­ture, and design experts), this is a crit­i­cal role in the future of Satel­lite, our cate­gory-alter­ing tag and web tech­nol­ogy manage­ment plat­form. This person will be respon­si­ble the life­cy­cle of an enter­prise Satel­lite client, from data and analy­sis strat­egy through KPI devel­op­ment, imple­men­ta­tion, dash­board and data visu­al­iza­tion, to analy­sis and recom­men­da­tions. You will lead a team of analysts, imple­menters, and collab­o­rate with web market­ing and design special­ists to be a godsend to our clients who rely on Search Discovery and Satel­lite to help them become more agile than they ever thought possi­ble, and make quantum changes to their busi­ness.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Expert in web analyt­ics with a track record of driving change in a busi­ness
  • Adobe Omni­ture Suite magi­cian, very close to the company and the tool in addi­tion to being a user
  • WebTrends, Core­met­rics, Google Analyt­ics and Unica exper­tise a plus
  • Famil­iar with the land­scape of tools and tech­nolo­gies avail­able: surveys, overlay, testing, target­ing, market­ing opti­miza­tion, etc.
  • Can get it done in javascript, HTML, CSS, etc.
  • Loves working with clients and talking to people about analyt­ics
