You are the perfect blend of business and technical in the world of web analytics. Someone who gets what this work is all about in the first place and can wow the business stakeholder, but someone who jumps right into the deep end of an implementation or tool setup to make sure you and your clients can get the data you need. You want to work with leaders in the industry who are working every day to shape the future for this incredibly valuable practice.

You are an over-the-top expert in the Omniture suite and can walk the walk with WebTrends, Coremetrics, Unica and the like if need be. You want to help contribute to the creation of amazing technologies that will change how things are done on the web, you are great at managing your own time in an autonomous environment, and you are cool, but in an unashamed nerdy way.

The Job:

As a member of our Client Performance (CP) department (a brain bank of analytics, usability, information architecture, and design experts), this is a critical role in the future of Satellite, our category-altering tag and web technology management platform. This person will be responsible the lifecycle of an enterprise Satellite client, from data and analysis strategy through KPI development, implementation, dashboard and data visualization, to analysis and recommendations. You will lead a team of analysts, implementers, and collaborate with web marketing and design specialists to be a godsend to our clients who rely on Search Discovery and Satellite to help them become more agile than they ever thought possible, and make quantum changes to their business.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Expert in web analytics with a track record of driving change in a business
  • Adobe Omniture Suite magician, very close to the company and the tool in addition to being a user
  • WebTrends, Coremetrics, Google Analytics and Unica expertise a plus
  • Familiar with the landscape of tools and technologies available: surveys, overlay, testing, targeting, marketing optimization, etc.
  • Can get it done in javascript, HTML, CSS, etc.
  • Loves working with clients and talking to people about analytics
