With a user community over 3M strong, our client wanted a smarter way to create newsletter audiences. We worked with their product team to create an executable strategy that filled their audience-building gap by leveraging Hightouch. We used SQL to query our client’s RedShift data warehouse, pull high volumes of engagement data, and build a model to determine which free users were most likely to upgrade. Hightouch automatically pushed those identified audiences into Iterable for quick, clear activation.
