During this workshop, you will be guided through an interactive self-assessment to score your organization (or your clients’ company) across five core categories of a robust data and analytics ecosystem. Armed with this knowledge, we will work together to develop a series of Executable Data Strategies that use a proven process for defining Objectives, Actions, Desired Outcomes, and Business Impact. Throughout the workshop, we will discuss how others are building and executing on their own executable strategies, share real life success stories, and define what works and what does not.

Our Strategic Workshops are designed to provide the maximum output with the least amount of disruption. As such, we have four distinct phases to our workshops:

During the Kick-Off planning session, Search Discovery will meet with your key stakeholders to understand the specific objectives, scope, and desired outcomes of the workshop.

Participants will be asked to complete a pre-work assignment that will enable us to gain each attendee’s perspective on the issues and challenges associated with the workshop topic.

During the workshop, Search Discovery will lead a facilitated session to align on the Purpose, Priorities, and Outcomes of the workshop. Participants will be asked to present ideas and to be open to constructive criticism to arrive at a shared vernacular and a common view of metrics and measures of success. Further, the workshop will require participants to step outside their roles and offer perspectives from other parts of the organization.

Following the workshop session, Search Discovery will present key findings and recommendations as well as the workshop deliverables. These artifacts will be suitable for presentation to gain consensus and buy-in from other parts of your organization.

You can expect the entire process to last approximately 2-3 weeks, with the actual workshop scheduled for either a half day or a whole day.
