To manage Crunch Fitness’ over 100 locations, daily reports were sent via email on reporting metrics around the center’s performance. These reports had minimal insight and were very manual and cumbersome to complete. Managers’ response was more reactionary than proactive.

As a result of an acquisition, additional centers were onboarding. Reporting needed to be enhanced, and other data sources were available and needed to be accessed. Daily reports were needed for end-users. Crunch knew there had to be a better solution to managing their reporting.

Search Discovery recommended Domo as a solution to both their reporting needs and data harnessing needs, because Domo could provide dashboards across multiple gym locations with both accuracy and timeliness. Domo would provide the visibility Crunch was seeking.

We partnered with Crunch to deliver their marketing initiative. This included connecting and transforming data from multiple outside data sources, building a dashboarding tool to report sales performance across multiple gym locations, and building data permissions for each facility.

Domo and Search Discovery enabled Crunch to connect to and transform their data into actionable insights and share it across their fitness center locations.
