This is one of, if not the, most common Google Ads certification amongst life-long marketers and first-timers alike. This certification allows marketers to demonstrate their understanding of how to build and optimize a Google Search Ads campaign. If you have no prior experience in Google Ads, don’t worry. The online learning courses will walk you through everything you need to know in order to complete the certification. In total, the courses, practice exam and knowledge assessment should take about 4 hours.

While this is still a beginner-level certification, I recommend that you first take the Google Search Ads Certification and the Google Display Ads certification—or have experience in the Google Ads platform—before getting this certification.

Search Ads 360, or SA360 for short, is Google’s enterprise advanced search engine management solution that allows businesses to access multiple ad accounts and campaigns in Google Ads across multiple search engines in one single integrated interface. This certification is designed for users with real-world, hands-on experience using Google Marketing Platform products, and it tests on specific predetermined criteria aligned with critical job tasks. SA360 is not recommended for users who don’t have direct product experience.

This certification is ideal for experienced Google Marketing Platforms users, often in agency settings. The knowledge tested in this exam typically aligns with the following roles:

  • Paid Search Director
  • Paid Search Manager
  • Paid Search Supervisor
  • Paid Search Analyst/Specialist

This is another certification designed for users with experience using Google Marketing Platform products. Display and Video 360 covers programmatic and direct deal campaign setup, including assigning inventory, goals, budgets, targeting, and creatives. By completing this certification, Google recognizes your ability to perform critical tasks and workflows for troubleshooting, measuring performance, and optimization.

Here are a couple roles whose responsibilities typically align with the skills and knowledge needed for this certification:

  • Programmatic Media Buyers/Managers

Exam Time: 1hr

Campaign Manager 360 is a web-based ad management system for advertisers and agencies that helps you manage your digital campaigns across multiple platforms. This includes a robust set of features for ad serving, targeting, verification, and reporting.

Google designs this course for experienced digital marketers who have proper knowledge of setting up and running ad campaigns using Google Marketing Platform products. In this course, Skillshop teaches marketers the aspects of setting up the campaign manager.
This will enhance your knowledge regarding the following elements:

  • How to check your ad performance
  • How to plan and implement your goals for the campaign in the manager
  • Check whether the ad is delivered in the right way as you want it to be done.
