If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
My wife makes a Nigerian dish called fufu with peanut stew that is out of this world.
If you could be any fictional character, who would you choose?

Sherlock Holmes. I would love to have his amazing powers of deduction.

Where is the best place you’ve traveled to and why?
Shortly before we had kids, my wife and I traveled to Toronto for a long weekend. That was far and away the best place I have traveled to. We spent most of the time exploring the city together. Sometimes it can be less about the place you are in and more about the people you spend the time with that makes the experience memorable.
What three traits define you?
Idealist, dedicated, inquisitive.
What is something that you recently learned?
Did you know that if you actually stop trying to complete the other person’s sentences in your head and just listen, you might realize that the person you are listening to might be going in a completely different direction than where they started? If you really listen, you can hear not just the content of what they’re saying but also their motivations and hopes. Seeking to listen before being understood is a skill I aspire to master.
What is an important/cool trend you see in our industry today?
The growing focus on personalized digital experiences requires the collection of a greater amount of personal data. However, a growing mistrust of corporations among customers and governments challenges the ability to collect this data. These conflicting trends present an exciting opportunity in our industry.
What 3 words would you use to describe Search Discovery?
Dynamic, trailblazer, attuned.

When I joined Search Discovery, I encountered a radically different environment from what I was used to in my previous role a much larger organization. This exciting change led me on a journey of self-discovery, that challenged my perception of what I can achieve and has led to great personal growth and development.
What’s your favorite thing about working at Search Discovery?
It is thrilling that I get to work with some of the smartest people in the industry who are willing to lend a hand whether in problem solving or brainstorming how to seize new opportunities.
