Global software company with multiple, globally dispersed internal organizations owned “experimentation” but experienced a dissonant lack of alignment around right practice. Also absent: an understanding of some foundational statistics related to controlled experimentation.

Search Discovery developed a robust full-day onsite workshop covering the major foundational skills for experimentation.

The workshop included multiple activities around calculating sample sizes, creating evidence-driven hypotheses, and brainstorming.

Each participant also received a bound workbook complete with a glossary of terms to help ensure company-wide understanding of common terminology.

Workshop feedback from team leaders and participants has been overwhelmingly positive.

Cross-functional partners have reached out to the Learning & Development team who hired us to thank them for the training. They’ve shared stories of how the hypotheses, analyses, and test templates have improved for the teams who have participated in the training to date.

The training program has now expanded to cover nearly 500 participants and continues to grow.
