Fortune partners with analytics firm Great Place to Work to determine the Best Workplace in Consulting & Professional Services list, which involves analyzing confidential survey feedback representing more than 463,000 employees working in the consulting or professional services industries in the US. The rankings are based on what employees say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential as part of their organization, no matter who they are or what they do, and an assessment of innovation, company values and leadership strength, among other factors.

Companies considered for the ranking had to meet the Great Place to Work-Certified standard, which Search Discovery achieved in 2022 with the results of its Trust Index survey.

Results of the Trust Index survey

Ninety-seven percent of employees at Search Discovery say it’s a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at the typical US-based companies. Also, teammates at Search Discovery answered camaraderie was among the company’s greatest strengths and responded more positively than the Best Workplace average to the following statements:

  • I am offered training or development to further myself professionally.
  • We celebrate people who try new and better ways of doing things, regardless of the outcome.
  • People here are treated fairly regardless of their race.
  • Everyone has an opportunity to get special recognition.
