The rankings are based on what employees say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential as part of their organization, no matter who they are or what they do, and an assessment of innovation, company values and leadership strength, among other factors.
Companies considered for the ranking had to meet the Great Place to Work-Certified standard, which Search Discovery achieved in 2022 with the results of its Trust Index survey.
