CLEVELAND—June 26th, 2023. For the third year in a row, Search Discovery, a data strategy and activation company, has been named to the Northeast Ohio Top Workplaces list by The Plain Dealer and cleveland.com.
For the regional award, which is part of the nation’s leading employer recognition program, Search Discovery joined the list of 214 Northeast Ohio honorees. Rankings are based on employee survey responses powered by employee engagement expert Energage.

More than 433 businesses, nonprofits, schools, and other employers in Greater Cleveland participated in this year’s survey, and questions covered employee engagement, company leadership, and workplace basics, such as pay, benefits, and training.
Top Workplace recognition honors more than just great benefits and vacation time, however. It highlights regional businesses that put employees first and showcases companies with a standout culture that attracts and maintains top talent.
In response to an open-ended survey question that asked, “What makes your job better than expected?” a Search Discovery Digital Marketing team member replied, “The culture. It’s one thing to hear about it, but it’s really great to experience!”
